As you plan your move and get ready to move in, we've gathered some important information to help you set up water, electric, etc. Welcome once again to Willbrook, we look forward to meeting you at one of our community events. Communicating with the Willbrook Community: Willbrook uses TownSq to communicate with our residents for News and events and this is also where you manage your HOA accounts. It is very important to get setup on TownSq in a timely manner. To sign up to TownSq, reach out to Waccamaw Management on 843-237-9551 or visit 41 Maintenance Road, Pawleys Island. It is recommended that all property owners within the household sign up and different news and events may only be of interest to one of you. Once you have a login, you can access TownSq via the web on https://app.townsq.io/login or download the TownSq app onto your phone and set up a password and other setting options. The whole process only takes a few minutes. Bulk Service: 803-697-7328 Trash and Recycling Your Willbrook HOA fees include trash pickup Recycling is an additional charge of $16 a month paid annually. To sign up for recycling: Complete and submit this BFS Customer Service Form at the bottom of this link Email: [email protected]. Or call 843-546-4739 Security Car Tags Homeowner and Litchfield by the Sea access is provided by bar code tags at a cost of $20 per tag. NOTE: You will need proof of address and your vehicle registration to purchase a car tag You can purchase your bar code tag at: 49 Wall Street Pawleys Island SC 29585 NOTE: Bar code tags are also needed for golf carts and are good for as long as you own the vehicle(s). Residents Directory: Willbrook maintains a residents directory, tpo ensure you correct contact information is in the directory, please reach out to [email protected] with the subject of “New Resident” and enter your address and contact information in the body of the email. Once we have this information, the Welcome Committee will also set up a time to check in with you and make sure they can answer any questions for you as you settle into the community.
